Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 7, 2026. These terms apply to inquiries and bookings made with Dreams Yatra for tours, tickets, hotels, transport and travel services.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after required advance payment, written confirmation and availability approval from the relevant hotel, airline, railway, transport provider or travel partner.
Pricing and Availability
Prices may vary by travel date, hotel category, vehicle type, ticket availability, group size, taxes and supplier charges. Final pricing is shared before confirmation.
Payments
Customers must pay the agreed advance and balance amount as per the quotation or booking confirmation. Non-payment may result in cancellation or release of held services.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on supplier rules, hotel policies, airline or railway rules, vehicle arrangements and notice period. Refunds, if applicable, are processed after supplier confirmation.
Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for valid ID, passports, visas, permits, tickets and travel documents required for their journey. Dreams Yatra may assist but cannot be responsible for missing or invalid documents.
Changes and Delays
Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, road conditions, government rules, operational issues or safety reasons. Any extra costs caused by such changes may be payable by the customer.
Third-Party Services
Hotels, airlines, railways, transport operators, activity providers and local vendors are independent service providers. Their terms and safety rules also apply to the customer.
